Preparation for Surgery
Preparation for Surgery can be considered on several levels:
- The Patient needs to be prepared for the procedure to follow with discussion of likely outcomes and any potential complications
- The Physician needs to be prepared with adequate training and experience in the proposed treatment
- The facilities need to be adequate with good lighting, adjustable couches and suitable instruments
